1. Data categories
Expected categories include account email, locale, billing and transaction references, service configuration, security events, support messages and abuse evidence. Identity documents are not requested routinely.
2. Purposes and retention
Data is separated by purpose: service delivery, account security, accounting, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance and abuse handling. Concrete retention periods must be published before production.
3. Rights and processors
The production notice must identify the controller, legal bases, infrastructure and payment processors, transfers, contact point and available data-protection rights.
