1. Before activation
If an order cannot be provisioned after confirmed payment, the operator must offer an appropriate remedy according to the final policy and payment constraints.
2. After activation
Used compute, addresses, licences, consumed traffic and crypto network costs may be non-refundable where law allows. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
