1. Service and eligibility
You must have legal capacity to contract and may only use the service where it is lawful. We may refuse or hold an order for availability, sanctions, fraud, security or abuse reasons.
2. Orders and activation
A configuration is an estimate until the server validates price and stock. Payment does not guarantee activation when legal, risk or inventory checks fail; any due remedy follows the Refund Policy.
3. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for system administration, credentials, software, backups and all activity from your resources unless a managed service explicitly states otherwise.
